Our MDs are looking for higher salary offers abroad and when they go to England, Germany or to other places they do not want to go back. With that we need to find replacement. For example – for Eastern dentistry in Poland is literally awesome and they serching the meeting with MDs term in our country. Ukrainian MDs say alike same thing and they searching work offers in coutry. So we can change our national MDs with this from abroad. Not only in dentistry in Poland but in other tasks too. Nurses are necessary too. Next issue is our thinking. Sick people and their friends think that when they forward to main specialist or nurse a present, they sould treated better than others. Is really backward looking mentioning and a lot of MDs in big towns deem that behavior as corruption. Only in small places and suburbs it is a kind of tradition. Irrational tradition because MDs are really the best paid profession. Persons who know much about dentistry in Poland says that doctors have typical salary and then they earn a lot more on home treatment.
But we can’t say, that our medical care is week. Our medical institutions need to be manage in better way with people who gain knowledge about human resources and resource management. And our MDs are literally recognized outside the country and medical institutions in England or in United States will hire them with happiness. Same thing is with another experts. Mechanics, builders are very happy when some guy abroad offer them few time better wage in West European countries.So it is not that bad as they said. First thing that we have to do is to dispose of the bad things. Then we will can do something greater with another cases.
